WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
HIL Care source accommodation and provide 24 hour support and care for adults with Complex Learning Disabilities and Autism. We specialise in supporting young adults 18 plus through transition from home and school into the community where they can live independently with the support of experienced staff.
We have VACANCIES in our 2 and 3 bedroomed properties that are modern and newly refurbished. We have a cosy, safe and homely atmosphere where clients are encouraged to live as independently as possible with the support on hand from our qualified and experienced staff.
Our approach is person centred with a range of daily activities and hobbies of the client’s choice. We support our clients to enjoy holidays, attend activities, teach and encourage life skills and promote social inclusion. We maintain relationships between families, friends and the local community.
We work in partnership with all professionals to ensure the best support is received. We give our clients choice and control over their own lives so they can achieve their goals and dreams.
